Shipping Policy

1. Handling and Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Beijing Time (GMT+8). Orders placed before this time will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Destinations, Costs, and Transit Times

We currently ship only to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to any other locations at this time.

Shipping costs and estimated transit times (which begin after the 1-3 day processing period) are as follows:

3. Taxes and Duties

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

For all shipments to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, we cover all import duties and customs fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • A link to track your shipment

5. Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you have any issues with tracking, please contact us at support@playerparts.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue promptly.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
