1. Handling and processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Beijing Time (4:00 AM EST). Orders placed before this time will begin processing on the same business day, while orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping destinations, costs, and transit times

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping costs and estimated transit times, which begin after the processing period, are as follows:

3. Taxes and duties

The prices displayed on our website include applicable product taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no additional charges upon delivery.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, carrier information, and a link to track your shipment in real time.

5. Shipping issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@playerparts.com with your order number. We will investigate the status of your delivery promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

6. Address accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during the checkout process.
