- Refund: A refund will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
90-Day Quality Guarantee
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a free replacement or full refund within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Conditions: Contact us at support@playerparts.com with your order number. Provide clear photos of the defective/damaged product.
- Return Shipping: We will cover all return shipping costs for quality-related issues.
- Resolution: We will ship a replacement or process a full refund within 7 business days of confirming the issue.
How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- For quality issues, please attach clear photos of the product.
- Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and our return address.
Refund Process
- Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
- Bank Processing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed by us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement or before the item has been shipped.

If your order arrives visibly damaged:
