If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a free replacement or full refund within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Shipping: We will cover all return shipping costs for quality-related issues.
  • Resolution: We will ship a replacement or process a full refund within 7 business days of confirming the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. For quality issues, please attach clear photos of the product.
  4. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and our return address.

Refund Process

  • Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
  • Bank Processing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed by us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Order Cancellation
