We accept the following payment methods, processed securely through PayPal:
- PayPal: Use your PayPal balance or a bank account linked to PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. You can complete your purchase as a guest through PayPal's secure checkout portal.
Payment Security
- Secure Processing: All payments are processed through PayPal's secure payment gateway. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
- Encryption: PayPal uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. Your financial information is transmitted securely and never shared with us directly.

Payment Terms
- When Payment Is Charged: Payment is charged immediately upon order placement. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is successful.
- Currency: Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. All transactions are processed in the currency shown at the final checkout step. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are determined by PayPal.
- Pricing: The total amount charged includes the product price and any shipping costs. All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails, you will be notified during checkout, and your order will not be processed. This may be due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, or card issuer security blocks. Please contact your bank or PayPal if issues persist.
Order Confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive two emails:
1. A payment confirmation from PayPal.
2. An order confirmation from Playerparts with your order details.
You will receive a separate shipping notification with tracking information within 1-3 business days.
Refunds
- Method: All refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayPal.
- Timeframe: We process refunds within 7 business days of a return being approved and received. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@playerparts.com to resolve the issue directly. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your account may be suspended pending resolution.
Price Matching and Adjustments
Prices are subject to change. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments for items already purchased. The price at the time of purchase is final.
Billing Information
You must provide accurate billing information. Your billing address must match the address on file with your payment method. False or fraudulent information may result in order cancellation.
Tax Information
All displayed prices include applicable taxes. We handle all tax calculations and remittance. You will not be charged additional taxes at delivery.
